Do I incur any Shipping Charges?
Shipping is absolutely free for all orders placed at Jisha Jewels.
Can I have my order shipped sooner?
When do you need it by? We usually can accommodate Rush Orders if we are informed of the requested due date as soon as possible. It is highly advisable to place your order first and then put in your rush request so that your order receives the highest priority.
Are order shipments insured?
Jisha Jewels fully insures every order shipment that is sent from our offices. In addition, every shipment is sent out ‘signature required’ for added security.

We understand you may have apprehensions about online shopping and delivery of products. To ensure that your experience at www.jishajewels.com is convenient and hassle-free, we have tied up with the reputed courier partners who deliver the product to your doorstep.
We have partnered with BVC Logistics, BlueDart, Sequel and DelhiVery to ensure your product reaches safely to you. For International Orders, we use Fedex, DHL Express, UPS and Postal Services.
I'm giving this as a gift,Whar are my options as i place my Order?
For that extra personal touch, we recommend personalized engraving. It’s available on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items. We also offer polishing cloths, our own professional jewelry cleaner, and complimentary gift cards (plain or customized). You may also request a gift receipt.
Can I track my Order?
Yes. On the day of shipment we’ll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You’ll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step..
Can I ship a gift to my work address so I can keep it a surprise?
In case you wish to change the shipping address please call/whatsapp us (+919871807400) immediately and email us at [email protected]. An alternative address must be provided before the product has been shipped to your registered address.
