How do I find the status of my order,and how can I track it?

If you have already placed an order, please login to your account for the latest status. Once your order leaves our offices you will receive a shipment notification.

How is my order packaged?

Does Jisha Jewels have a return policy?

Do you provide gemolocial certificates?

Every ring and jewelry item is accompanied with an certificate evaluated by an experienced master gemologist. Each certificate contains a detailed description.

Can I track my Order?

Yes. On the day of shipment we’ll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information. You’ll be kept informed of the transportation process at every step.

How do i cancel my order?

Please note once an order begins processing, it can be canceled within 1 business day. After that time, an order can’t be canceled but may be returned within your 30 day return period for a refund, credit, or exchange.
